I would stay there again and recommend to everyone. The rooms are huge and quiet, have large bathroom. Glad to have a mini bar fridge, a personal safe, and central heating...

This place was a pleasant surprise in a quiet area, the restaurant offered delicious breakfast and dinner options, and the rooms were comfortable with friendly service.

The staff was extreemly friendly and very helpfull. This made my short stay very pleasant

the service was very good, including a fast check-in. booked superior twin room, that was provided with the tv, including the tv-set, as example. the employees were really helpful. location: the hotel was right by the trade fair and the airport, dusseldorf airport and adjacent train station and the ratingen business parks and the ratingen business parks.

The rooms at Relexa Hotel Airport Dusseldorf/Ratingen were spacious and contemporary, equipped with a large bathroom, air conditioning, and an open wardrobe. the remote location was an added benefit. the staff was incredibly attentive, making us eager to return to the area.

Location near to airport-although there is no shuttle service-a taxi is required to travel to the airport.

Breakfast at 17Euros is overpriced & very ordinary-the day I was there the fresh fruit was finished by the time I arrived at breakfast-7.30 (Not so late) , revolting orange juice-no fresh juice, & areas of the dining room blocked off so you could not use them causing all users to be cramped in one small area & shareing tables. Coffee is instant muck- more like dirty water than coffee. For 17€ I expect better than this.

The best thing was the bed and then the clean bathroom and then the location. Great place to stay when near Dusseldorf.

Everything was great.

The place was well priced and perfect, no complaints, 100% recommend. All the staff were competent, very efficient. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Al-Falah Schools 54 bus stop. I had a great experience at the hotel. the pricing was good, the staff were efficient, and I could easily reach nearby locations. I highly recommend this place to others.

We booked this hotel on a park, sleep, and fly basis and we could not have been more pleased. Not only was it extremely economical but the room was very pleasant and the transportation to and from the airport was timely and convenient.

Although room was ok, the corridors on 2nd floor were colorless & tetric, old carpets, etc. I'd suggest some fresher approach here!

The hotel was clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. the staff were nice and friendly. the superior king room was airy. the food served was fresh.

They request extra money from the tv watching. There is nothing special with this hotel. And also the position of the hotel far to everywhere looks to me in the middle of nowhere.
